| Lexie, who is known for always getting parties to say yes in the real estate deals she handles, is sent to her old hometown of Tubac, Arizona, to push through the purchase of a farm. The farm is owned by Coby, who is not willing to sell at all. Lexie takes on the challenge but must also confront her father and her brothers who live on the neighboring farm to the one Lexie is tasked with buying. She left the family ten years ago when her father denied her the opportunity to take an active part in managing the farm.
