| Kouji Uda comes from a family steeped in politics. His father, Seijirou, is a powerful assembly member and an authoritarian. Kouji for his father as his secretary. One day, Seijirou's granddaughter is kidnapped. The kidnapper demands that Seijirou set up a press conference by 5 p.m. the next day and make a confession of his crime to save his granddaughter.
